REGULAR CHAPTER HOMEWORK: The same every chapter.
1. Read the chapter (of course).
2. Comparison shopping exercise and rationale for a choice. Pick a different product (car, television, DVD player, etc.) every chapter, and at least 3 to 5 comparison products. Record all economic data you gather to make a decision with. Write two or three paragraphs on why you made the choice you did. Also explain why you DIDN'T choose the other products or services.
3. Do the Questions and Problems at the back of the chapter, odd questions only. Even questions are extra credit.
4. Define all key terms in the chapter, which are listed on our board and on our website. The test is based heavily on these concepts.
5. Build a notebook (see notebook page): a little more each chapter.
6. Build a personal budget (see project page): a little more each chapter.
