"No military, air or naval force of the Kingdom of Christiana is allowed to operate out of the territories and or waters governed by the Kingdom, save international waters, lands and airspace, without the approval of the United Nations of Vexillium, or the government of a host nation. This law is over-ruled in the case of war being declared on the Kingdom by an outside power."

"The Royal List of the House of Mooney shall be restricted to no more than 30 members, appointed by the King or Queen. The Royal List shall be composed of (including the current count) :

The first 50% of all business income is exempt. The remainder is taxed at a flat 10%. Amounts to be revised by the National Assembly annually."

"Sets the standards for the following ten years for allowable immigration. Adjustable annually by the Assembly. In summary, immigration will be allowed if the applicant's situation fits under one or more of the following categories:

2. Threat of life category: an applicant has a death threat (for non-criminal reasons as defined by the Christiana Civil Code) from his or her national government.

3. Emergency category: as proclaimed by the King."

There were few who did not have coverage, but this now creates a pool of resources that will allow all citizens and permanent residents to receive care."
